How to Get Funding
If you have a deal you want to fund with us, the first step is submitting our Broker Application. Once your application is submitted, we will call you to discuss your deal. We will produce a Term Sheet or Commitment Letter that will identify your participation. You will be protected and paid when the loan closes directly on the HUD-1.
